

Who doesn’t want more sleep? We all know that getting enough shut-eye is crucial for our health and well-being, but sometimes it’s hard to find the time for a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for ways to get more sleep in less time, read on! We’ll share four tips that can help you catch up on some much-needed rest.
First, create a nighttime routine and stick with it. Establishing a routine for yourself to unwind lets your body know when it’s time for bed each and every night, subconsciously leading to a quicker way to get some shut-eye.
Next, keep it relatively cool in your room! There’s nothing comfier than being able to curl up with all of your favorite blankets. The ideal temperature in your room would usually be around 68 degrees.

Lastly, take a warm bath to cool down. Again, keeping that body temperature cool has proven to be very beneficial to those who have a hard time falling asleep. Hot baths warm the hands and feet, but cools the core body temperature. Do this about 90 minutes before you plan to go to bed at a temperature of about 104 degrees for as little as 10 minutes and you’ll be good to go!
